All our center diamonds are laser inscribed on the outer edge (girdle) of the diamond.

Yes, we offer personal engraving on our rings as a paid option. On engraved rings please allow 5 working days lead time for shipping.
Please be sure that the ring is the properly sized prior to having it engraved as we cannot guarantee the integrity of the engraving in case you need resizing.

AFTER BUY
Yes, we do offer an upgrade option. You will receive full credit for your center diamond, as long as the item you upgrade to is at least double the price of your original purchase.
We will repair your item with no cost to you if we determine that it was damaged due to a manufacturing defect. If we conclude that the damage was not caused by a defect in manufacturing, we will notify you with the repair cost. Repair times are based on the severity of the damage.
For our US customers, we offer one complimentary resizing within one year of your original purchase.
We will provide free insured shipping both ways. Once you determine the current finger size, send us an email to hello@thebetterdiamonds.com. Please make sure to include the original order number, the size you would like the ring to be, and the address you would like us to ship your ring to.
Most resizing will be done within 3-5 business days.
If your ring is engraved, we cannot guarantee the integrity of the engraving during the resizing process.
Cleaning: Soak your ring in warm water mixed with a mild soap. Gently scrub the diamond and setting with an extra soft toothbrush, rinse with warm water.
Protection: Protect your ring from impact against hard surfaces. Although not common, diamonds can chip if hit with strong force. Please remove your ring when cleaning or using harsh chemicals.
Storage: Between wearing, we suggest that you place your ring back in its Better Diamond ring box.
Yes, we do offer insurance through our trusted partner Lavalier. Lavalier is an insurance designed specifically for jewelry. Insurance can be purchased at lavalier.com.
SHIPPING, TAXES AND RETURNS
We do offer free international shipping. The customer is responsible for any additional taxes, duties, surcharges and VAT. We encourage our customers to check with their local authorities and confirm additional fees prior to placing an order. International customers will be charged for an international return label.
All items on our website marked “overnight” will be shipped out overnight on the same day the order was placed, as long as the order was made by 1 pm PST and full payment has been cleared. In the event that an item is sold out or does not have an “overnight” mark, the item will be shipped within 7-10 working days.
If you are having an order delivered to the state of California, we are required to apply a sales tax at checkout. Otherwise, you will not have to pay tax on your purchase granted that the delivery address is within the USA.
Yes, all our shipments are 100% insured.
After your online order has been finalized, a Better Diamonds account will be generated for you with a temporary password that can be modified later. Your tracking number can be found in the ‘Orders’ section of your account. It is recommended that you retain your account details for the purpose of online tracking.
Yes, you can choose to pick up your package at a FedEx ship center. Your package will be held for up to five days at your preferred FedEx ship center. This option is available only for domestic orders and can be selected at checkout.
We do offer a lifetime warranty on the center diamond.
Our warranty does not cover damages that are caused by improper care, discoloration of metals caused by chemicals, negligence, normal wear and tear, accidents, or breakdown of metals over an extended time.
Unfortunately, we do not.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will accept your return within 30 days the original shipping date, no questions asked.
Items must be in their original purchased condition including: the item returned, the ring box, leather booklet, diamond certificate, and ring appraisal. A return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) is required for all our returns. You may request an RMA number via email hello@thebeterdiamonds.com
Returns will be shipped to Malca Amit with a shipping label provided by us.
Malca Amit, a leading diamond shipping company, will inspect the shipment and upon their approval your money will be returned immediately.
