Shipping Policy

We provide free standard overnight shipping on all our US orders. We ship with Malca Amit, a leading jewelry shipping company, via FedEx.
We require an adult signature upon delivery.
All items on our website marked “overnight” will be shipped out overnight on the same day the order was placed, as long as the order was made by cutoff time (1pm PST), full payment was cleared, and the order was placed on a regular business day. If the order is placed on a Saturday, Sunday, holiday, or after the cutoff time, we will process your order the following business day.
In the event that an item is sold out or does not have an “overnight” mark, we will notify you via email once the ring is back online. To receive an email notification, please fill out your email address in the space provided on the ring page.

For international shipments, we will provide you with an estimated delivery date. Please note that the customer is responsible for any additional taxes, duties, surcharges, and VAT. We encourage our customers to check with their local authorities and confirm additional fees prior to placing an order.
All orders require a physical business or a home address; we do not ship to P.O. Box addresses.
Since we require an adult signature upon delivery, we recommend that someone will be at the shipping destination on the delivery date. We can ship your order to your place of work or any other location.
If you plan to surprise your loved one and cannot accept the package at your house or place of work, we can have your package held for pick up at a FedEx ship center. FedEx will hold your package for up to five days. If you want your package to be held for pickup, when placing your order, please write” hold for pick up” on the first address line. In the second address line, please write the address of the FedEx ship center where you would like the package to be held for pick up. Packaged that will not get picked up within the 5 days, will be returned to our showroom, and shipping charges will apply.
For your security and to prevent fraud, if the order is shipped to a different destination than your billing address, we will confirm the alternative address with your credit card or financing company.
We will do our absolute best to ensure that you will receive your order on the assigned delivery date. Some delays, such as; incorrect addresses, carrier delays, or weather conditions, are beyond our control.
Please contact us immediately if your package is lost or tampered with.
