Shipping Policy

 
All items on our website marked “overnight” will usually be shipped out overnight on the same day the order was placed, (on all our US orders) via courier, as long as the order was placed on a regular business day by 1pm PST and full payment was cleared by that time. If the order is placed on a Saturday, Sunday, holiday, or after 1pm PST, we will normally process your order the following business day.
Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only (and are subject to the internal procedures of the courier) and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in shipments.
In the event that an item is “sold out” we can notify you via email once the ring is back in stock. If you wish to receive an email notification, please fill out your email address in the designated space provided on the ring page.
For international shipments, we will provide you with an estimated delivery date while US orders will be provided with a tracking number.
Please note that the customer is responsible for any additional charges, including but not limited to all taxes (including, e.g., VAT), duties, customs, and surcharges. We encourage our customers to check with their local authorities and confirm additional fees prior to placing an order.
All orders require a physical business or a home address, which will be the billing address; we do not ship to P.O. Box addresses.
Since we require the signature of the person who placed the order upon delivery, you must be at the shipping destination on the delivery date.
We can have your package held for pick up at a FedEx shipping center. FedEx will hold your package for up to five days from arrival to the shipping center. If you want your package to be held for pickup, when placing your order, please write” hold for pick up” on the first address line. In the second address line, please write the address of the FedEx shipping center where you would like the package to be held for pick up. Packages that will not get picked up within the 5 days, will be returned to our showroom, and shipping charges will be borne by you.
We make an effort to ensure that you will receive your order on the assigned delivery date. However, delays may occur, for example due to incorrect addresses, carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors that are beyond our control.
